The service department has always met my expectation with regards to quality of service but my last experience with Shelor really surprised me. The service department chased down a warranty issue then applied it within a very tight time-frame. They did all of the required work very efficiently in order to accommodate my needs. It's difficult to find any business who still appreciates quality of work and respects customers needs but I found that the Shelor service department did exactly that. I will undoubtedly take my business back to Shelor.
