I had the oil & filter changed on my Tundra today at Shelor and they do an excellent job. Eric, my service advisor does great at customer service. However, my only complaint is that they rarely have service specials (none this month) whereas Haley in Roanoke sends me service specials almost every month.

I go to Shelor service center because of Stacy Arnold. She has taken care of my vehicles (5 different ones) over the years. She is always professional and courteous no matter how busy she is and she is always very, very busy. She needs to be rewarded for her diligence and courtesy.
Just get a new car from them. They provide great service.
My 2019 Toyota Avalon was due for the 24 month service and I also had a Recall notice for a faulty low pressure valve in the gas tank. While making a reservation for service I had the opportunity to speak with a delightful young lady named Dana. She was an expert in handling my previous service call which was never returned in spite of my leaving a message with a Service manager. The dealership was spotless and two ladies were observed doing Covid -19 related cleaning. The desk guys were very friendly and professional. The men's room was spotless.
They didn't have the truck on the lot that we wanted. They checked with other dealers and they didn't have one either. But, that didn't stop them. They actually checked to see when one would be built like we wanted and put a reservation on it for us! We had to wait but it was worth it. We got the truck we wanted and are very pleased with the truck, the service, the salesman, and the dealership!
